Policies:

1. The maximum length of stay on a nightly rate is one month. After one month, you must become a monthly tenant or vacate
2. Upon check-in, all guests will be required to provide a photo ID and current registration. Registration must remain current while vehicle is in the park
3. Storage of unoccupied vehicles is not permitted
4. Rates are subject to change

Additional Charges:

1. Each additional person: $3/night $12/week $36/month
2. Each extra vehicle: $6/night $20/week $36/month
3. Pets stay free (No aggressive dogs)
